With a relationship of over 2 years, our work with Green Wave, a 2-location waxing salon known for its human-warmth and excellence-driven standards, has spanned across innovative and sustainable service development, as well as supporting their internal culture, customer experience, communication, and sales initiatives- all through the lens of strategic sustainability.
To further support their goal towards being a forward-thinking conscious waxing leader, Esseinsu worked to source sustainable materials for their waxing services, as well as explore more natural wax alternatives. We also supported them in the redesign and remodel of the physical salon space to include sustainable and safe materials.
Ocean-friendly supplements.
We worked with Mokai, what used to be a while-label pet brand and transitioned to become a unique brand focused on positively impacting the health of pets while caring for oceans. The strategy started by discovering and defining their essence and was further developed to rethink their entire supplements product portfolio.
Esseinsu initially worked to explore plant-based and ocean-safe ingredients to reduce impact of water and land ecosystems, while also helping rethink packaging to reduce their plastic footprint, We assessed suppliers and effectiveness of the formulations which resulted in collaborations with the right partners.
The strategy and accompaniment allowed Mokai to finally be accepted into Chewy (largest online pet store) and to be the first pet brand to be Shark Free Certified.
Fedoras for slow fashion.
We worked with Andrea Agudelo, a creative entrepreneur, lifestyle influencer, and professional dreamer, along with her dedicated team.
Our strategy aimed to unlock revenue opportunities and enhance differentiation by analyzing, creating, and proposing a line of hats driven by eco-conception principles. Drawing inspiration from her conscious and purpose-driven lifestyle, as well as her extensive travels, we sought to infuse slow fashion principles and circular models into the product line. We also emphasized the importance of ethical suppliers, of enhancing the pre-and-post purchase experience for consumers, and exploring potential collaborations to elevate the overall brand experience.
The proposed strategy aims to positively impact the environment by promoting longevity and sustainability within the fashion industry while striving towards brand's positioning.
Enhanced yacht experiences.
We collaborated with Prime Experiences, a renowned luxury yacht chartering and experiences service catering to travelers seeking tailored experiences in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Cartagena. Our strategy aimed to untap revenue streams and lead-generation opportunities by reimagining the luxury experience while integrating sustainable options.
At Esseinsu, we conducted an analysis, with a primary focus on studying the customer journey, enhancing experiences, and proposing holistic solutions. By understanding the desires of Prime's clientele, we identified strategic opportunities to elevate their luxury offerings while incorporating sustainable practices.

Adaptogens with a purpose.
We worked with Wholly Balance, a herbal supplement brand that centers its mission around balancing the whole human-self while create positive impacts on the planet. Wholly Balance achieves this through a product line of organic adaptogens and superfoods.
Our strategy was rooted in ethical and organic ingredient sourcing, zero waste and plastic-free packaging, and a commitment to social entrepreneurship and animal welfare. Over a span of two years, Esseinsu provided support and guidance, to help navigate challenges and overcome obstacles in the product conception and development journey.
Through our collaborative efforts, we worked alongside Wholly Balance to develop an actionable strategy roadmap that aligned with their core values and objectives. Our partnership allowed them to effectively implement sustainable practices, create products that promote well-being, and contribute to positive social and environmental change.
Eco-tourism in Colombia.
Our collaboration with Pacifico Hostel, an eco-tourism hostel situated along the Colombian Pacific coast, centered around unlocking differentiation opportunities by thoroughly analyzing the customer journey map and integrating sustainability.
Esseinsu delved deep into studying the customer journey, seeking to enhance interactions at each stage. By understanding the guests' needs, we proposed solutions that fostered connections between nature, humans, and the hostel itself.
Through our exploration, we primarily focused on improving the guest experience, ensuring that it resonated with the essence of the Pacifico brand. By integrating sustainable practices, the newly discovered opportunities had the potential to positively impact both the business and the local community through environmental and social investments, while also strengthening the brand's positioning.
Natural elements space.
Our collaboration with Raviva, a alternative medicine center in Ft. Lauderdale, revolved around their holistic approach to body and mental wellness, which incorporates a range of therapies such as acupuncture, homeopathy, massage therapy, IV therapy, and more.
The strategy and action plan we developed to transform the interiors, materials, and spaces of Raviva. We prioritized the use of clean and safe chemicals and materials, fostering mentally healthy spaces, and promoting a connection with nature while reflecting the values and activities of the Raviva brand.
Through our collaboration, we aimed to enhance the overall wellness experience at Raviva, aligning the physical space with their holistic approach. By creating a welcoming and health-conscious atmosphere, we sought to facilitate a supportive environment where individuals can thrive in their journey towards optimal wellbeing.
Local investment in Cali.
We had the pleasure of collaborating with La Sucursal, a vibrant destination that immerses young travelers in the rich culture, food, music, and heritage of Cali.
Our strategy was driven by the powerful engine of social investment, followed by resource optimization and circular principles within the tourism industry. The Esseinsu team explored innovative ideas that involved engaging with local communities as a source of economic growth. We emphasized connecting people and preserving cultural heritage through community events, leveraging the sharing economy to reduce waste, and optimizing consumption.
